Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I am doing an ethics paper for college. My ? is if a sales rep. from a large progamming firm wants to hit her bonus for $10,000 for reaching a million dollar in sales and the school back out because of budjet issues, with only three days left of the sales year. Is it okay for this rep to give the school a $1,000 to purchase her program, so she can recieve monetary gain?
