Getting Fired
I work for Dillards and I have a friend in managment who is getting fired Friday only to make room for someone new. They have no cause to fire her other than that. What should she do? I am in managment also and the spot they are making is for me, they just dont know she is my best friend.

Absent a written or implied employment agreement for a specific period of time, a policy concerning termination
procedures that has been violated, or racial, sexual or age discrimination, there is little that she can do.
