When starting a new buisness using healthcare providers what would one need to do first as far as licensing?

You should be o.k. as long as they are licensed.

As a followup, and after thinking some more, you need to post more information concerning the type of healthcare, because, for example, a nursing home must be licensed even though the doctors and nurses are already licensed. However, a school that provides a licensed trainer for sports is not.
