Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
If helping a person with translation and filling out form due to language problem, then what is it that is considered as practicing law of a paralegal? What are the duties of a paralegal - draft motions and pleadings, briefs, filing, etc... besides not authorized to represent anyone in court or to give legal advice?

Paralegals are not allowed to practice law in any fashion except under the supervision of a licensed lawyer.
