Illinois Limited Power of Attorney form
I am starting a credit repair business. What type of Limited Power of Attorney fom do I need? Can I re-word to fit my business need?

You may not need a limited power of attorney form at all, depending on the type of credit repair work you are doing. If you do require the form, you can generally draft a form to meet your needs. The form will simply list the tasks for which you will be granted representative status on behalf of your client. However, you should absolutely consult with an attorney before you start using the form you have created.
