Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
need info!
I need to know what I can do? I have a pending law suit against me for an accident by a pizza hut employee. my company installed carpet for them at night and one of the workers of pizza hut tripped and got hurt the next morning.
this happened in 1996 and their comming after me on it know.
What to do?

Contact your insurance carrier, and contact an attorney. I would think the statute of limitations has run, but don't just ignore it.
