laid off - vacation pay

hello my friend got laid off he accrued 2 weeks vacation and is due the pay. the company is giving him the run around on when they will pay him...what can he do?

How many employees were at his employer? Laarger employers are governed by more laws when it comes to back pay issues. Generally, a letter from an attorney will help motivate the employer to pay the vacation pay. Do you need an attorney?
