Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
law question
My question has to do with a company and a bonus program. A company that I have worked for for nine years has a program that if you reach a millinon dollars in sales that they would give you a car lease on a car for a year in the amount of $250 a month for a year. Once i reached the goal I went down to working 2 days a week because I have another job making more money. Now that I have reached the million dollar in sales the say they won't fullfill the agreement unless I work more hours. I reached the goal Jan 07 and was depending on that money. For them to wait a whole year to tell me I needed to work more has wasted my time when I could have been working at my other job making more money. Is there anything I can do?

Re: law question
Depends on the contract. I would need to see it. You very well may be able to get the monitary value of that promise.
