Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I have a lawn care business...very small. It is actually losing money....to the point that I will be giving it up this fall. My husband has been doing most of the mowing for me with out receiving pay for doing so. Is that legal?

If your husband volunteers to work without pay I don't see an issue. I am n ot sure that answers your question or not without knowing more..
