Lease is up, items left in office
A tenet has left business items in a space he leased for 1 year. I have verbally communicated with him to remove the items to no avail. Please let me know my next steps - sell, dispose, etc...?

What provisions are in the lease for items left behind? If there aren't any, your next lease should have such provisions.
