Can you leave your apartment. I mean abandon it if you are not in a lease? Can you take your scam phone company to court?

If you are occupying this apartment and paying rent, there is some sort of lease, even if it is a verbal month to month. If this is the case, you would need to give notice which would include an entire period. For example, for a month to month with payments due on the first of the month, if you vacated today, you would be responsible for rent through the end of November. As to your second question, I have no idea what you are asking.
