Are you legally required to file Articles of Organization and Certification of Incorporation with the County Recorder of Deeds?

Once your Articles of Incorporation are approved, they should be recorded with the recorder of deeds in the county where the corporation's registered agent is located. Articles of Organization do not neet to be recorded.
