Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
License
I am a Electrolgist for 25 years and last year was grandfatherd in the new licensing for Illinois.For 5 years I also do Laser Hair Removal which we checked at time was not against any laws to do.I am now tole as a licensed electroligist I can not do Laser Hair Removal anymore since it says so in the bylaws.
This would cut my income in half and I could not suport my Office or my employes.What can I do?

You need to obtain licensing for both, or run a separate business for the laser hair removal.
