I think you've previously asked this question. Go on the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's (IDFPR) website and search for information on that "title". But the real issue is whether the DUTIES are subject to regulation, NOT the "title" per se. The duties may fall under another "title" name. Only you would be able to search out the answers as such.
