Are there any limitations to an Illinois LLC member's rights to information as specified in 805 ILCS, and if so, where might I research such limitations?

Please try to be more specific - what is it you are looking for? But I'll give you an example: a trade secret or other confidential information that the LLC owns may not be subject to disclosure because that could seriously impair the LLC.
