Mail Sacm Fraud Recipient
I received a mail scam check and deposited it into my account,can I legally enter a lawsuit against the orginal business under which the fraudlent individual(s) used to perpetrate this offense to pay fees accessed by banking institution and anguish?

I'm sure you can, but do you know the names and locations of the individuals? If they are not in the US you might have a difficult time with that. But certainly contact a local attorney about it for a consultation if you know where these people are.
