I need to make my Pub a Private Club

A smoking ban is ruining my business. I need to become a Private Club. How do I proceed?

You really should talk to an attorney familiar with tavern licensing in Cook County to effectively change your status. There are a few hoops you'll have to jump through and someone that specializes in this area will be able to get results for you much quicker than you will on your own.
