Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Massage
I currently have a small chair massage business. I am thinking of cancelling my incorporation, and ointertwining my business with a local salon. We will use the salon name to advertise the business and for paying the employees, and we will have a completly seperate bank account for all revenue taken in by the cahir massage. I will still do all of the work with the business, and the salon owner does not want any money in return. How would we write up a contract that could cover all of this?

Re: Massage
How would you write up a contract? Well, that is a skill one typically learns in law school and as an attorney. If you are asking is it possible, yes. You need to hire an attorney, or try to put together something on paper. The problem with doing it yourself (or worse yet, some Internet site), is that you don't know how good it is until its too late.
