The lawyer you hire should be experienced in the sale of restaurants since the sale of a restaurant has unique legal and business issues.

This is an inadequate forum for such a questions as each business transaction is different and there are many concerns when a business is sold or purchased. This is not like selling your car. You need to hire an attorney to make sure that you are protected and that you comply with all state laws and local ordinances.
