7. Neither the Disclosing Party nor any of its affiliated, agents divisors, or representative (i) make any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information. or (ii) shall have any liability whatsoever to the Receiving Party or its Representative relating to or resulting from the use of Confidential Information or any errors therein or omissions therefrom
Does this mean, the Disclosing Party is not guaranteeing the accuracy of the confidential information?
