Hello. First there is a form that must
be filled out which is distributed by
the Illinois Secretary of State. This
process is quite detailed and I sug-
gests that you have legal representa-
tion. Of course once the paperwork is
done, you will need to pay a filing fee to the Illinois Secretary of State
and then there are additional admin-
istrative costs. Will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
