Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
If our non for profit organization owns a concession stand building located on park district property, can they dictate the brand of food or beverages we sell? The park district has an agreement with beverage distributor A and wants us to sell distributor A's product too. Do we have to? We are going to sign an affiliation agreement with the park district but are a separate entity from the park district.

The chances are that the exclusive for the PD applies to all premises operated and owned, even if leased.
