Non-competence question
My husband was just fired from his job. His employer threatened to take him to court to fight a non-competence form he supposedly signed. Shouldn't that contract be null and void since my hesband was fired?

What's a non-competence form? If you mean a non-compete form, it is not nullified by termination of the employment, regardless of which party terminates.
