Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
There is an online penny auction site that gives 20 free bids to new users. Is there any legal action the company can take if a single person opens up several unique accounts to take advantage of multiple free bids? The ToS states that multiple accounts are subject to termination. Is that as far as they can take it?
