IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this prove-up is continued to 3-2-10 at 9:15 AM.
What does this mean to the Defendant?

The defendant is in default for not answering or responding proerly to discovery, and the plaintiff has been given another court date to prove up plaintiff's damages. Why doesn't the defendant have an attorney?

I agree with Attorney Nack, the defendant needs to get counsel asap.
