Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
In a partnership dissolution agreement, if a partner signed the agreement without realizing the contents was different than what was agreed upon in a meeting, is there any chance that the partnership dissolution agreement can be invalid. What if the partner's first language is not English?
I am not familiar with law, but I desperately need advice.

Any attorney will say there are grounds to invalidate any contact based on mistake, duress, etc. However, it is usually an uphill fight and be prepared to hire an attorney and spend money. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
