Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
payment terms contract
I am preparing a product that will be available for sale online. The main method of payment will be PayPal.Because in my country PayPal accounts are limited to sending only, I have partnered with someone from the U.S to handle payments listing me as a secondary account manager in the account.
We've agreed on a commission I'd pay him for helping me out with this, but I need a contract designed to reinforce payment terms.I need to be sure I will get my money and that he does not run away leaving me with no legal options to pursuit and no money.
The person lives in Illinois.I live in Romania.
I need help finding a lawyer than can help with creating the contract.
I'm not looking for free help and I am more than glad to pay for having reassurance that my money is safe.
