Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I own a plumbing company that is incorporated in illinois,but their is another company using my name and advertising it.If I was to hire a attorney to handle the situation,what could I expect from it?

You might be able to have the other company stop using your name, and possibly be entitled to damages, depending on the circumstances.
