Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I would like to print and sell school-inspired t-shirts to local residents. Can I print "RHS Raiders" or "Go Bulldogs!" etc. without the schools' permission? Do they have licensing rights to their school names or mascot names? I would NOT be using their logos.

You would need to check with the schools, and I would suggest getting their responses in writing. Certainly some require licensing, and some do not.
