As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Unless you've been discriminate against on the basis of suspect factors (like race, sex, etc.) there's likely not much you can do. Unless you have a written employment agreement (or are part of a union contract) the employment relationship is "at will." This means either party can change things, including terminating without reason or cause. So if you want to remain employed, you should probably go along with their program. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
