Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I own a production company in Illinois and I'm having an employee store company equipment (cameras, etc...) at his house. He will be working with this equipment on company jobs and sending me a check every month for the companies percent. What should I put in the contract between the company and him to cover my equipment and to make sure I get the equipment back when I want?
1 Answer from Attorneys
As a Franchise Attorney I have to say, you have to be kidding. Do you really think an attorney is going to give you a detailed contract (or even ideas for a contract) without a detailed consultation that covers all the many issues here. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
