is it possible to purchase a business without disclosing your identity?

Hello. If you incorporate and the corporation purchases the business, your identity probably will not have to be disclosed, unless the business is sued at a later date. If that were to occur, then your identity might be required should the party suing decide to subpoena business records which might include your name.
