PurchasedLand With Partner
I paid my business partner half the price of a set of land, but he did not put my name on the deed. Can I sue? Is this a joint venture?

Sure you can sue. Whether or not you will win is the important question, and it is one that cannot be answered without reviewing all the relavant documents and agreements. You need to hire an attorney.
