Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I was put on as an independant contractor to sell newspaper subscriptions. I eventually went to Peoria are an signed on other contractors, trained and managed them. I have been happy with the income and so has my crew. However, the owner of the company has decided to take my whole crew, put one of them on as a manager in my place and eliminate me. He wants me to do this in another location for him again.
