Your description of the attempt to force you to pay an alleged debt appears to be a

scam. If you don't remember the order and have no documents to support it, you should

pay nothing. The threat of court action and damage to your credit report is an empty

threat. Whether the call was from a lawyer is also questionable. The contact appears to

be unethical and used only to intimidate you. If you have no desire for the product, did not

order it, or don't have funds, reject it, notify a credit reporting agency if you receive any

adverse report, and notify your local better business bureau of the scam. Sadly, this type

of collection scam is increasingly common.
