Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I recently left my job after being accused of stealing. Today on facebook the new manager of my store posted that I was fired for stealing 1200 dollars of product and that I was a horrible manager, etc. The only people who are allowed to know about the circumstances of the investigation within the company are the loss prevention agent and the Regional Sales Director. Do i have any kind of lawsuit

Yes, you may have a laawsuit for defamation of character, and for slander. You may want to hire an attorney.
