Restauant employee
My employer charges for employee mistakes. If I were to send an order to the kitchen for something and they make it and it wasn't what they ordered, the employee has to pay for that mistake at their discounted rate of 50%.

Generally, this is not allowed unless there is a written agreement with the employee.

That sucks. If I make a mistake on my job, it's called malpractice and I will lose my job and maybe my license. So it could be worse.
