Reversal of deposit
I was resently terminated from a job and I was recieving direct deposit. My check was deposited and then reversed.
The company will now not accept my phone calls.

Re: Reversal of deposit
If your former employer reversed a deposit on money to which you were entitled and they now refuse to pay, you have aright to the money and the law provides for damages for an employer's refusal to pay money to pay the salary to the employee.
