Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

I run a daycare, I have a signed contract from the mother for care for her children. She has sole custody. The children's father is required to pay half of the daycare. A contract was sent to him via the mothers lawyer, stating all fees. He has paid majority of the weeks in full. However, is is delinquent a few weeks. I have sent him several statements requesting payment and he refuses to pay. What are my options to receive payment? I do not have a signed copy from him since the lawyer sent the contract to him. He lives far away and I have no contact with him.

Get the mother to use the State's Attorney's office to get a court order to the father to pay the unpaid amounts as delinquent support payments due under the divorce decree, or to use private counsel for same, or to nag the father, if you want to keep providing services. Otherwise, if unpaid, encourage her children to join the many others playing safely in the streets of our happy and prosperous cities.
