school refund
how would you go about getting a refund from a school that does not respond to your letters or calls regarding a refund, Also, been informed that they are going through transformation what ever that is, if they open under new management can I still get a refund

You should file suit. You also may want to report the school to the appropriate sanctioning organization and the state department of education.
