Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
s-corporation
I am 50/50 in an s-corp. I want out. My partner is taking her time deciding what she wants to do, buy me out or dissolve the corp. How can I expedite this matter. Also, her husband who is not involved with the company whatsoever, is trying to dictate how things are going to go and I don't want to work with him. He's trying to bully me into corresponding with him rather than her. What are my options? Thank you!

What does your articles say about such situations? If nothing, and if you are 50% owner, the other person cannot do anything without your approval. If they do, sue. they will want to end the relationship soon then.
