Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois

sexual harassment state laws

Is there a statute of limitations for filing a sexual harassment complaint in Illinois? Also, if the verbal abuse was ongoing and created an intimidating environment, is a complaint of HARASSMENT (not necessarily sexual,) tied to a statute of limitations? Thx

Two years. But I am not clear as to what the conditions are of your harassment. Without more information I am not sure I can ascertain if the situation you mention was actually harassment.

Feel free to follow up with more information.
