Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
I have some shares in a corporation that owns a motel. The corp. is in bankruaptcy and the lawyer named me personally in this suit. I asked him to take my name off the suit, but he just ignors me. How can I get the judge to remove me off the suit. Motion to dismiss? if so how do I proceed?
