Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
How do I sign
I have authority to sign on legal issues pertaining to a bank in suburban Chicago area. We also have bank branches in AZ. I have the same authority to sign their documents. My question: What type of wording do I need to indicate that I have this authority when I write to an attorney in AZ? The branches are not ''affiliates''

Re: How do I sign
I'm not sure this question can be answered without you providing additional information as to how you obtained authority to sign the documents. For example, I can't even tell from your question whether you are siging documents on behalf of the bank, or on behalf of some third party.
