Signed Affidavit
Once I've signed an affidavit and turned over all my assets to cover a debt, can further legal actions be taken against me?

If you have not fulfilled your obligation, i.e., paid the debt in full, then yes, further legal actions can be taken against you.

Yes. When you obtain more assets, further action may be taken against you.
