I signed a partnership contract about two years ago. I invested my life saving in it but the other side just spend without doing anything. Can I file criminal law sue against him? Thanks.

Only the states attorney can file a criminal case. You need to make an appointment with the local office and see if they feel that there was criminal fraud. If not, then you can file a civil suit against him.

Any attorney will say the partnership agreement needs to be reviewed. Then all the facts and circumstances can be analyzed to determine your rights and best course of action. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
