Sole proprietorship to an LLC
I am a sole proprietorship converting to an LLC I will be taking on a partner. What does he have to do to become my partner as far as financial or service contributions? How do I figure out how much he needs to contribute?

Re: Sole proprietorship to an LLC
It is one thing to ask a general question as you did previously in this forum; it is another thing to be seeking a consultation. You need to hire an attorney as you are seeking to go way beyond what this forum provides. Good luck.
