Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
IF I'm on a speaker phone at home talking to a business associate at his home and there's another person in the background at my home, not related to the conversation. I told the 2nd person that I was on my speaker phone at home and was ready to discuss the contract. The 3rd person lives there too.
What happens if the third person overhears the conversation?
