Legal Question in Business Law in Illinois
Is there a standard privacy statement that I can use to set up a new web-based business? I don't plan on providing customer personally identifiable information to anyone and I want to assure customers that their personal information is protected. Where can I get standard wording?

Common sense tells me that you can visit other similar businesses on the web and see what the language is in their statements. If they are identical, you would have standard wording. Otherwise, you should contact an attorney to draft language for you.
