Starting a Business in IL.
If some one wanted to start a business in IL. A business which has no employees and is very much a small business by all means. Do you think a LLC would be best and why?

There are some advantages to an LLC in that situation but there are also arguments in favor of forming a corporation that elects to be treated as an S corporation. The answer depends on some very specific facts.
